About Us
Welcome to Flame Studios, the premier destination for dance studio hire in Cardiff. Established in 2019, our studio was born out of the need to provide a space in Cardiff with suitable amenities to host dance classes. Noticing a lack of studio spaces with sprung flooring in Cardiff, we set out to create an environment where creatives can flourish—whether personally progressing or building their own businesses.
Our Misson
Our mission is to offer a clean and safe space where people of all ages can dance. We aim to provide an environment that supports personal growth, fitness, and development and helps businesses thrive by offering top-notch facilities for them to teach classes.
Our Journey
Since our inception, we have had the honor of hosting big names such as Disney and the Welsh National Opera (WNO) for their rehearsals. In February 2024, we moved to an even better studio space to continue serving our community with improved facilities and services.
Our Facilities
Flame Studios boasts three state-of-the-art studios:
Studio A: Size 6m x 7m, with sound systems, sprung floors, wall to wall mirrors, and ample natural light.
Studio B: Size 8m x 7m, along with mirrors, sprung flooring, coloured lighting system, and sound system, this studio is equipped with air conditioning and heating that can adjust the room temperature within five minutes.
Studio C: Size 11m x 8m, along with mirrors, sprung flooring, coloured lighting system, sound system, and ballet barres, this studio is equipped with air conditioning and heating that can adjust the room temperature within five minutes.

Additional amenities include parking facilities directly outside the studio, a sitting area, and a kitchen available on request. We ensure a very clean environment, with studios cleaned throughout the day to make floor work always enjoyable. Our friendly staff and online booking system, coupled with smart access, streamline the entire process, making us a convenient and cost-effective option for studio hire.

Our studios are home to a variety of classes and events. Notably, the children's classes run by Flame Dance Studios are a favorite among Cardiff parents. We also host a range of Turn'd Up Fitness classes, catering to diverse fitness and dance enthusiasts.
